Your Dreams Are A Complete Waste Of Time.
That’s right, I said it. STOP DREAMING. It’s a complete waste of your time. Stop dreaming of a better life. Stop dreaming of you having more more money or better health. Stop dreaming of you with more success. Frankly, your dreams are a waste. You might as well just pack it up, move on and forget about them, because I can tell you that your dreams alone are 100% worthless.
I bet you want to give me a swift Chuck Norris roundhouse kick in the jaw right now. “What a horrible thing to say!” you might be thinking. Do I not want you to succeed and have dreams? Of course not, quite the contrary! Let me explain:
Everyone has dreams. Maybe you want a better life or world. Perhaps you dream of being wildly successful with fat pockets full of dough. Maybe your dream is for peace and serenity for everyone. Whatever it is, your dreams ALONE really are worthless. I hate to break it to you, but it’s the cold hard truth and once you realize this, you might actually have a chance of getting what you want. Yes, it’s nice to sit there imagining yourself in a better world, but your dreams are just a thought and nothing more. After you are done daydreaming, reality will set in. You will come right back to where you were before not any closer to actually achieving your dreams.
Alone, dreams won’t get you any closer to what you want at all! Do you really think you will get any closer to them by just sitting there daydreaming and imagining yourself in a better situation? Of course not! You see, dreams are completely useless, UNLESS you chase after them and DO something to achieve them. The keyword here is DO. You can sit there all day daydreaming of a better world, or making more money or having more success, but unless you take action and do, you’ll be stuck right where you left off.
You have to combine your dreams with the right actions to get what you want. Your actions are your special sauce to making your dreams a reality.
Tattoo this to your forehead: Without ACTION there is NO REACTION. You will NEVER EVER be successful by sitting there on your butt dreaming about it. You must DO something to get there. Stop simply dreaming about what could be. Make your dreams real, rather than just an imaginary place you take yourself every now and then to escape everyday life. You don’t have to live in an imaginary world anymore, you CAN create your own reality in REAL LIFE. You can shape your own environment to whatever you want. However, it’s not your dreams that will get you there, it’s your actions. They are what matters.
Turn your dreams into actionable goals. What will it take to make your dreams become your real life? Find out what steps must you take to get there? Make those steps your goals and start crossing them off one by one. It’s the only way you will ever get any closer to actually making your dreams your reality.
Stop dreaming and start living. Wouldn’t you rather actually live your dreams, rather than just think about them?

Go Ahead… Call Me Crazy.
Whenever anyone sets out to start something of their own, they are often hit with backlash from others. Perhaps it comes from friends, family or from the industry itself. Often this backlash can hinder someone from moving forward with their plans if they let it. You see, there is a desire inside all of us to be accepted. We try to look, talk and think like everyone else out there. It’s innate and human instinct to want to be accepted by everyone.
But what happens when we do this? When we try and be accepted by follow the norm and fitting in with everyone else? Well… we all become like everyone else. In order to fit in with the herd out there, we hide who we are inside. We lose that thing about us that makes us great. We lose our personality, ambitions and style. We give up our own originality and in the process become a carbon copy of what “we are supposed to be” in everyone else’s point of view. Frankly, we do this because we fear that others will think we’re nuts. We worry that others will think and call us crazy behind our backs.
I refuse to be like everyone else. So go ahead and call me crazy.
In my personal opinion, if you are afraid that of what others will think, then you are the crazy one. If you look at the greatest minds and creators of our past, you will find that they didn’t care what others thought. No one that ever did anything worth mentioning, cared about the opinions of others. They just blazed their own path for the sake of themselves and their ideas. They just created no matter what anyone said, just to make their dream a reality. They went against the grain and stood up when no one else would. Many even risked looking foolish to others just to follow their passions.
If you look at what others “want you to be” you will never get very far. In order to achieve anything revolutionary, you must step outside the box, and follow your heart no matter what. Even if others think it’s mad, crazy, silly or taboo.
Why should you lose what makes you special? Why give up the things that make you great? Why trust the opinions of others that often have no idea what they are talking about in the first place.
I can tell you why most people don’t accomplish great things that change the world. It’s because they fear what others will think. That fear rules them and determines what they become. Too many people look just alike. We are becoming a world of carbon copies. I believe that often our societies goal is to make us less crazy and conform us into their little ball.
When we were all growing up we faced the same road laid down before us. Go to school, pay an enormous sum of money to get an education and find a job and be happy with it. We are taught what to believe. How to think. It doesn’t like it when you go outside the lines or challenge this process. When you try to go off and create something different, the world rears it’s ugly head at you. You become taboo! You are outcast and maybe even deemed a madman.
When I look back at my life, those crazy moments when I stood up for what I believed or started working on my dreams, were the great ones. I don’t regret them, even If I failed at what I was trying to accomplish.
If you are out there being called crazy, you just might be on the right track.
